Decided to upgrade to a newer version finally of AOL and I've been the last two hours trying to get it to work right!
Because we are on dial-up I had to hang up with the telephone operator who was helping me and try out their 'fix' only to find it didn't work and have to call back again to see why it still wasn't working!!
