Well, it's been a week now and I don't think I've done so bad, lol!!
I was going to call him the day after we dropped him off and Colin and Mike said 'You can't call him already, he's only been gone a day', lol....so I texted him and let him know I was thinking of him
Then called the next day 
It's just hard being sooooo far away....I'd luv to be able to have him for supper at least a nite a week, or even be able to take them all over a big casserole or muffins or cookies, lol!
