Cody passed his Test

 

We went yesterday and Cody had his road test for his G2 and he passed! Put him on our insurance and it only put it up $195 every six months....I was really shocked! I had heard horror stories about how much young boys pay for car insurance!! I'm thinking that it must be our older vehicles and where we live that make a difference.

Colin had been practising every time I go somewhere, and boy am I glad he's going to take a driver's ed course!lol He's a very nervous driver, and at this rate I'll be gray before summer!lol

Colin turned 16 yesterday so off to the city we went so he could get his G1 driver's license. He passed with flying colors so I now have another driver waiting to chauffeur me around, LOL!!

Cody goes next week to get his G2, which means that he will now be able to drive alone. He has been saving up for a car, but is still a long way off I think! Especially seeing as how, if he gets an old beater, his dad doesn't know how to fix it up! It'll be interesting to see what he comes up with
